dc.description	This study is based on analyzing the degree of knowledge of human talent to act promptly and correctly in the event of natural or man-made disasters, at the Hospital General de Norte de Guayaquil Los Ceibos.The importance of this research lies in the contributions obtained, from the different findings within the analysis of the current situation of the risk management model, seeking to strengthen the reaction capacities of the collaborators in the face of dangerous events, proposing a plan that contributes to the improvement in this area, based on the preparation and continuous updating of knowledge, with the aim that the staff become aware of the importance of adopting joint actions that allow them to protect their lives and those of third parties, strengthening the hospital organization and its proactive and reactive capacity. To this end, the research question is as follows: ¿How does knowledge management influence the performance of the personnel of the Hospital General de Norte de Guayaquil Los Ceibos to follow the guidelines in the risk management model? To answer the question posed, the following studies have been analyzed: studies by different authors, emergency plans, hospital safety index manual and interviews with officials who were in the hospital archives. From the information obtained from the interviews, it is evident that there is a deficit in the level of knowledge on the part of health personnel in the field of risk management; who state that they are unaware of the protocols and procedures that must be applied in the event of an adverse event, even after having been trained; Due to this, it is assumed that knowledge must be managed in a better way, to achieve a higher level of importance in preparation for adverse events in all the servers of the institution.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio se basa en analizar el grado de conocimiento del talento humano para actuar oportuna y acertadamente ante la ocurrencia de desastres naturales o antrópicos, en el Hospital General de Norte de Guayaquil Los Ceibos. La importancia de la presente investigación, radica en los aportes obtenidos, a partir de los diferentes hallazgos dentro del análisis de la situación actual del modelo de gestión de riesgos, buscando fortalecer las capacidades de reacción de los colaboradores frente a eventos peligrosos, proponiendo un plan que aporte a la mejora en dicho ámbito, basado en la preparación y actualización continua del conocimiento, con el objetivo que el personal tome conciencia de la importancia de adoptar acciones en conjunto que permita proteger sus vidas y las de terceros, fortaleciendo a la organización hospitalaria y su capacidad proactiva y reactiva. Con este fin, la pregunta de investigación es la siguiente: ¿Cómo influye la gestión del conocimiento en la actuación del personal del Hospital General de Norte de Guayaquil Los Ceibos para seguir los lineamientos en el modelo de gestión de riesgos? Para dar respuesta a la interrogante planteada se han analizado: estudios de diferentes autores, planes de emergencia, manual de índice de seguridad hospitalaria y entrevistas realizadas a los funcionarios que reposaban en los archivos del nosocomio. De la información obtenida de las entrevistas, se evidencia que existe un déficit en el nivel de conocimiento por parte del personal sanitario en el ámbito de gestión de riesgo; quienes manifiestan desconocer los protocolos y procedimientos que deben aplicar frente a un evento adverso, aun después de haber sido capacitados; debido a esto se asume que el conocimiento debe ser gestionado de una mejor manera, para lograr un nivel de importancia mayor en temas de preparación ante eventos adversos en todos los servidores de la institución.	es_ES
