Resumen:
La investigación se cuestiona: ¿Cómo se ha desarrollado la agenda birregional entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe, particularmente a partir de la CELAC como foro político estratégico? Para ello, mediante un marco teórico, se analizará los procesos de integración que se han desarrollado en la relación birregional entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe desde diversos lentes eurocentristas y lentes latinoamericanos. De igual manera, se profundizará en la creación de la CELAC y como se ha desarrollado la agenda de la UE y ALC a través de este organismo regional.

The main question in this research is: How has the bi-regional agenda between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean developed, particularly from CELAC as a strategic political forum? To do this, through a theoretical framework, the integration processes that have developed in the bi-regional relationship between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean from very varied Eurocentric lenses and in recent years, Latin American lenses will be analyzed. Likewise, the creation of CELAC will be studied in depth and how the EU and LAC agenda has been developed through this innovative international organization.
