| dc.description | The THESIS carries out an analysis how the recommendations and principles of the CEDAW about the violence against the woman are implemented in the public politicians of the Rural Parish of San Isidro, Manabí. The microsocial level was chosen for the analysis due to the decisions you show them of investigator and the accessibility of the study field, as well as the interest of knowing how in this space they are achieved or not the articulation of the politicians and regulations that take place in the country in the macrosocial mark and that they are connected. Also, the election of the rural Parish as observation unit, also decided because, as it outlines the Report Shade of Ecuador the 2014, the rural women live in an defenselessness state starting from the judicial reformation from the 2012, when being replaced the police stations by tribunals of breaches. In this mark, the canton of Sucre doesn't have any judicature that assists the cases of violence against the women, as long as, amid this scenario of the women's defenselessness against the violence, it becomes necessary the study of the real situation of the Rural Parish of san Isidro, that which can serve like case that reflects the realities of the Ecuadorian rural context and to serve like analysis guide for the projection of political public more inclusive. Was used the qualitative methodology with the use of the interview like main technique of the investigation, as well the analysis of documents and the analysis of qualitative content. The strategy of the investigation followed the design of the case study. They interviewed to public officials and women of the Parish. One investigated in the knowledge of people selected on the existence and contents of the CEDAW, the knowledge about the instruments of the Ecuadorian State for the elimination of the violence against the woman, as well as in the main grateful manifestations of violence in the parish that given against the woman. It was obtained among their results, the ignorance on the part of the women and public officials of the CEDAW as well as the scarce knowledge on the instruments of the Ecuadorian State that protect the rights from the woman to a life free of violence and discrimination. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación realiza un análisis de cómo se implementan las recomendaciones y principios de la CEDAW sobre la violencia contra la mujer en las políticas públicas de la Parroquia Rural de San Isidro, Cantón Sucre de la Provincia de Manabí. Se escogió el nivel microsocial para el análisis debido a las decisiones muestrales de investigador y la accesibilidad del campo de estudio, así como el interés de conocer cómo en este espacio se logran o no la articulación de las políticas y reglamentaciones que en el marco macrosocial tienen lugar en el país y que son de carácter vinculante. Asimismo, la elección de la Parroquia rural como unidad de observación, se decidió también porque, según plantea el Informe Sombra de Ecuador del 2014, las mujeres rurales viven en un estado de indefensión a partir de la reforma judicial desde el 2012, al ser reemplazadas las comisarías por juzgados de contravenciones. En este marco, el cantón de Sucre no cuenta con ninguna judicatura que atienda los casos de violencia contra las mujeres, en medio de este escenario de indefensión de las mujeres contra la violencia, se hace necesario el estudio de la situación real de la Parroquia Rural de san Isidro, lo cual puede servir como caso que refleje las realidades del contexto rural ecuatoriano y servir como guía de análisis para la proyección de políticas públicas más inclusivas. Se obtuvo entre sus resultados, el desconocimiento por parte de las mujeres y funcionarios públicos de la CEDAW así como el escaso conocimiento sobre los instrumentos del Estado ecuatoriano que protegen los derechos de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia y discriminación. Ante ello, los mecanismos por los que se protege a las mujeres en la Parroquia y que forman parte de las políticas públicas de la misma, constituyen fundamentalmente servicios de tipo asistencialista, pues no existe un tratamiento específico a esta problemática dentro de las políticas públicas y en el Plan de Desarrollo de la Parroquia, no existen servicios de prevención de la violencia contra las mujeres ni al tratamiento particular a sus problemáticas. | es_ES |
